Lobster Du Luis

When we had to make room on our menu for new items, Lobster Du Luis was a difficult dish to remove because it was one of our customers’ favorites. We knew that our customers would be disappointed, but it had to be done to make way for new items. So, we wanted to be sure that this made our at-home meal-kit program. Here it is fresh pasta and a six-ounce lobster tail with a beautiful lobster sherry beurre blanc. The heirloom cherry tomatoes, roasted butternut squash, and grilled fennel give this dish a great balance of texture and taste, with the rich finish of feta cheese. Wow!

Linguine
Heirloom cherry tomatoes

Lobster sherry beurre blanc (beurre blanc is a simple butter-based emulsified sauce)

The preparation is simple and takes less than fifteen minutes.
The Steps:
a. Place a sauté pan on a stovetop set to medium-high heat.
b. Place lobster sherry sauce, fennel, butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, and lobster tails in preheated pan. Top with lid, and allow to simmer for three minutes.
c. After three minutes, remove the lid. Add provided pasta or pasta alternative. Stir to incorporate. Simmer for up to an additional two minutes.

DESIGN YOUR PLATE
Remove the lobster tails from the sauté pan with tongs. Place tails in a side bowl.
Place the rest of the ingredients into a large dinner bowl. Then, place the lobster tails on top.
Finish the dish with crumbled feta cheese.
